  • Lead full-cycle month-end close
  • Oversee accounting across acquisitions, dispositions, and operations
  • Manage and develop a team
  • Support fund accounting, capital activity, and reporting
  • Analyze property performance and support financial planning
  • Partner with internal teams and external advisors (audit, tax, legal)
  • Drive process improvements and special projects

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of real estate accounting experience (multifamily preferred)
  • 2+ years of management experience

  • Strong communication skills
  • Yardi experience strongly preferred
