At the Heidelberg Marriott Hotel, as a Finance & Accounting Manager (m/f/d), you are a key member of our management team and actively contribute to ensuring and enhancing the financial performance of our hotel. Your role – Responsibility, oversight & impact In collaboration with our Director of Finance, you take responsibility for all accounting and financial processes within the hotel Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Analyze financial KPI's, identify trends, and support management in making informed decisions Co-responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and regular financial reporting Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, internal guidelines, and Marriott standards Coordinate payment processes and liquidity planning while ensuring efficient cash management Continuously optimize accounting processes and identify improvement opportunities Act as a key interface with internal departments and external partners (e.g., tax advisors, auditors) Support and manage audits, ensuring smooth execution Support and develop your team in daily operations Be able. Completed commercial training (Accounting, Finance, Hospitality, or similar) Several years of experience in accounting or finance Strong affinity for numbers and a structured, detail-oriented working style Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel Good command of German and English Team spirit, reliability, and a strong willingness to further develop professionally Be connected.
