Accounting Manager

• Manage all aspects of accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes
• Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations
• Coordinate tax filings in partnership with our external CPA firm, maintaining accurate records for compliance
• Administer 401(k) and benefits filings and support employee questions on benefits as needed
• Lead intercompany settlements and reconciliations
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Compile weekly flash reports and key financial metrics for management review
• Track and manage fixed asset additions, disposals, and depreciation schedules
• Support month-end close activities and journal entries
• Maintain inventory systems, monitor counts, track variances, and reconcile discrepancies
• Participate in ongoing system and process improvements
• Serve as the main point of contact for finance-related employee and management inquiries

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal control best practices
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information responsibly
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
