Accounting Manager

Reporting to the localized finance leadership, you will oversee the end-to-day financial operations to ensure accuracy and strict adherence to internal controls. Your responsibilities will cover the full cycle of accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice verification, payment processing, and managing aging reports to ensure timely collections. You will be accountable for performing bank reconciliations across multiple entities and supporting the month-end closing process through the preparation of balance sheet schedules, accruals, and intercompany entries. The role requires you to manage statutory compliance, specifically regarding indirect tax filings and withholding tax submissions. Additionally, you will lead the engagement with auditors, drive process improvements by updating standard operating procedures, and participate in system automation initiatives. You will also be expected to supervise and mentor a direct report to ensure high-quality deliverables.
