Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced people leader who is interested in working at a collaborative fast-paced retail organization to lead our North America Close process. This person will be responsible for ensuring we have a well-managed close, consolidations, legal entity, and intercompany processes for assigned legal entities. They will also play a central role in developing processes post-implementation of SAP S4 Hana.

Job Responsibility:

lead a team of co-workers responsible for overseeing month-end close process
coordinate and collaborate with shared service centers during month-end close process
identify process improvement and automation opportunities
assist in managing annual audit of financial statements
support global accounting function in creation, adaptation, and review of proposed global common accounting rules
develop effective working relationships with finance, tax, and legal teams
provide consistent level of support across all business channels
conduct performance evaluations and provide career pathing and training
