Accounting Manager

• Oversee and manage general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and the general ledger
• Prepare and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
• Lead month- and year-end close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to support budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in accounting operations
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders

• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

CPA, CMA, MBA a plus
