Job Description:

Immediate need for a short-term, hands-on consultant to support a major financial cleanup initiative. Title is flexible (Accounting Manager / Consultant level) — priority is deep Yardi expertise. Environment includes commercial real estate operations with a complex, multi-entity structure.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as the Yardi subject matter expert (SME) across the engagement
  • Perform hands-on cleanup and reconciliation work directly in the system
  • Rebuild and validate accurate financials and reporting packages
  • Partner with leadership to prioritize issues and execute quickly
  • Provide structure, documentation, and best practices for sustainability post-project

Requirements:

  • Yardi expert (non-negotiable) – must be able to navigate, diagnose, and fix issues independently
  • Strong commercial real estate accounting experience
  • Experience working in complex, multi-entity environments
  • Background with: Investor reporting / investor portals
  • Distributions and capital activity
  • Tax experience a plus, especially within real estate structures
  • Proven success in cleanup / stabilization / transformation projects
