Accounting Manager

• Perform daily accounting tasks, including account reconciliations and journal entries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Oversee the month-end close process, preparing financial reports and ensuring compliance with established standards
• Develop and implement internal controls and standard operating procedures to enhance organizational efficiency
• Collaborate with management to address financial operations, including general ledger oversight and process improvements
• Support the transition of accounting systems, aligning operations with organizational goals
• Analyze and resolve discrepancies in financial records, ensuring data integrity
• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed
• Maintain detailed documentation of financial activities for auditing and reporting purposes
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide insights and updates on financial performance
• Utilize Oracle financial systems to manage data and streamline accounting processes

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting or financial management
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proficiency in Oracle financial systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in financial data
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities
• Proven ability to manage month-end close processes and account reconciliations
• Familiarity with general ledger operations and journal entries

Experience with system transitions is a plus
