Job Description:

Our growing client company is seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager to lead a talented team and help drive operational excellence across departments. The role involves managing a large AP/AR team, fostering a positive team culture, driving process improvements, and collaborating across departments.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and coach the AP/AR team
Collaborate across departments to resolve customer issues
Manage vendor contracts, payment schedules, and customer account activity
Drive process improvements and digitization using ERP systems
Foster a positive, open, and efficient team culture.

Requirements:

Lead and coach the AP/AR team with empathy and accountability
Collaborate across departments to resolve customer issues and streamline operations
Manage vendor contracts, payment schedules, and customer account activity
Drive process improvements and digitization using ERP systems
Foster a positive, open, and efficient team culture.

Nice to have:

Retail/service industry experience strongly preferred
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle) a plus.
