Accounting Manager

• Supervise and manage all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, tax accounting, and cost analysis
• Prepare and review financial reports to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company standards
• Develop and implement budgeting and forecasting systems to provide accurate financial projections
• Coordinate and oversee internal audits to ensure adherence to established procedures
• Lead and mentor the accounting team by recruiting, training, and evaluating staff performance
• Establish and maintain effective internal controls to secure the organization's financial assets
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end close processes and reconciliations
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial reporting and improve operational efficiency
• Stay updated on industry trends and participate in development opportunities

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with proven leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of month-end close, general ledger management, and financial statement audits
• Proficiency in account reconciliation and journal entry preparation
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations
• Certification, such as CPA, is preferred but not required
