Job Description:

We are looking for an Accounting Manager to lead core accounting activities and support accurate financial operations across multiple locations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing across accounts payable, reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger activity
  • Manage the month-end close cycle by reviewing entries, resolving discrepancies, and preparing financial information for internal reporting
  • Coordinate accounting workflows for multiple operating sites, setting priorities and maintaining consistency across locations
  • Review bank and balance sheet reconciliations to confirm completeness, accuracy, and proper documentation
  • Support audit preparation by organizing records, answering documentation requests, and helping maintain compliance with financial controls
  • Supervise or mentor accounting staff as needed, providing guidance on workload management, accuracy, and process expectations
  • Use accounting software and payables automation tools to improve efficiency in invoice handling, approvals, and payment processing
  • Contribute to process improvements and system-related accounting activities, including support for platform updates or comparable operational changes when needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field is required
  • At least three years of progressively responsible accounting or bookkeeping experience, including full-cycle payables, bank reconciliations, and month-end close
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience managing multiple accounting priorities across more than one business location or operating unit
  • Familiarity with general ledger activity, journal entries, account reconciliation, and audit support responsibilities
  • Experience with accounting or ERP platforms is required

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to Bill.com, Ramp, or similar accounts payable automation systems is preferred
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred
