In addition, we assist companies with building accounting teams. We're looking for an Accounting Manager to join us and expand our Team. Job Responsibility:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting for client accounts
  • Oversee and review the monthly close process, including preparation and review of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
  • Prepare and review operational cash flow forecasts and support clients in understanding key financial performance indicators
  • Perform and review account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy across balance sheet accounts and resolving discrepancies promptly
  • Prepare various financial analyses, reports, and ad hoc requests to support internal teams and client stakeholders
  • Coordinate and support statutory audits and financial statement audits, including preparation of schedules and responding to auditor requests
  • Lead or support the implementation and optimization of NetSuite, ensuring seamless integration with existing financial processes and systems
  • Design, maintain, and optimize the chart of accounts and financial structures within NetSuite to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP accounting standards and maintain strong internal control practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency

Requirements:

  • Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and core accounting principles
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred)
  • 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in public accounting, consulting, or outsourced accounting environments
  • Strong expertise in end-to-end accounting processes, including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
  • Hands-on experience working with NetSuite ERP and other cloud accounting systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with US-based clients and internal teams
  • Comfortable working in a remote, client-facing environment, using collaboration tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, and Slack
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process improvements and drive operational efficiency
