Accounting Manager

• Manage and execute month-end close activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare and review journal entries to maintain the integrity of the general ledger
• Perform account reconciliations to verify financial data and resolve discrepancies
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure smooth operations
• Generate and analyze financial reports to support organizational decision-making
• Coordinate with auditors to facilitate financial statement audits
• Monitor compliance with industry regulations and accounting standards
• Utilize Dealer Track software to manage relevant financial processes
• Provide guidance to team members and support the development of efficient workflows

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or financial management
• Strong knowledge of month-end close procedures and general ledger maintenance
• Proficiency in preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts
• Familiarity with financial statement audits and regulatory compliance
• Experience with Dealer Track software or similar platforms
• Background in the automotive industry is preferred
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
