Maybe you’ve built a strong foundation in a larger public practice firm, but you’re starting to wonder if there’s a different way to do this work. A way where you can still work with great clients, continue to grow professionally, and challenge yourself technically — but in an environment that feels more collaborative, entrepreneurial, flexible, and human. This opportunity offers the chance to step into a key Accounting Manager role within a highly respected and growing local public practice firm where culture genuinely matters. The team is supportive, down-to-earth, and highly collaborative — the kind of environment where people enjoy working together, help each other out during busy seasons, and build real relationships with both clients and coworkers. The client base is incredibly engaged and entrepreneurial, giving you the opportunity to work closely with business owners and leaders across a variety of industries where your advice and insight truly make an impact. This is a role for someone who enjoys public practice, but maybe wants to leave behind some of the grind, hierarchy, and bureaucracy that can come with larger firms — while still continuing to do meaningful, challenging, and rewarding work.
