My client is looking for an Accounting Manager to join their team in their Arlington, VA office. The company is based in the real estate industry and the ideal Accounting Manager would be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, reviewing monthly operating reports, assisting with preparing WIP schedules, capitalizing fixed assets, providing general ledger maintenance, analyzing, and preparing monthly financial statements, assisting in annual planning and budgeting process and assisting with other duties as needed.
Job Responsibility:
Prepare monthly operating reports

Requirements:
5+ years of real estate or public accounting experience
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
CPA, or CPA candidate preferred
Strong written and communication skills
Ability to work independently
