Job Description:

We are looking for an Accounting Manager for our business partner which is operating in logistics sector.

Job Responsibility:

Support operational activities by ensuring all accounting transactions comply with MSUGT, TMS, IFRS, tax regulations, and relevant laws
Maintain statutory records and oversee financial obligations
Establish and improve system-based accounting and management accounting processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
Monitor financial records and statutory books per legal deadlines
Prepare and submit financial statements to the Board, regulatory bodies, and third parties in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
Ensure accurate reconciliations and audit readiness
Monitor tax obligations, refunds, and offsets, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
Oversee compliance with all financial and regulatory requirements
Track, obtain, and revise investment incentive documents, ensuring adherence to legal obligations and informing relevant units
Ensure that all payments and collections align with company records, overseeing the accuracy of bank transactions, asset management, and financial reporting
Oversee monthly invoice and account reconciliations with customers and suppliers
Maintain accurate records of financial documents and official reports
Follow financial laws, regulations and ensuring company-wide awareness and compliance
Supervise legislative updates and their implementation within the team
Promote a sense of belonging within the team, encourage participation in corporate initiatives, and support institutional strategies
Foster strong collaboration between financial teams and other departments, ensuring effective communication and workflow
Represent the company within authorized limits, prioritize institutional interests, and address any conflicts that may arise

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics, (Master’s preferred)
10 - 15 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role
In-depth knowledge of labor law, commercial law, tax regulations, and obligations law
Strong expertise in budgeting, planning, reporting, and presentation techniques
Proficiency in IFRS, Cost Accounting, and TMS
Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency
Advanced proficiency in SAP systems
