Accounting Manager

• Lead the monthly close with precision, ensuring every phase is completed accurately and on schedule
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, driving efficiency and maintaining high-quality financial controls
• Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal policies
• Manage account reconciliations, ensuring documentation is complete, clear, and audit-ready
• Maintain the integrity of our general ledger, including journal entry review and oversight
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring smooth and timely completion
• Leverage Sage Intacct (or similar ERP tools like NetSuite) to streamline accounting workflows and reporting
• Supervise and mentor one accounting team member—helping them grow, sharpen their skills, and deliver excellent work
• Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and implement process improvements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience owning full-cycle monthly close and financial reporting
• Proficiency with Sage Intacct or NetSuite strongly preferred
• Strong background in preparing and analyzing financial statements
• Experience with audit processes, compliance requirements, and internal controls
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills
