Job Description:

We are seeking an Accounting Manager to join our team. This role is primarily focused on supervising the accounting functions of our operations and ensuring the precision and efficiency of our financial data and transactions.

Job Responsibility:

Supervising the processing of incoming regional event reports and ensuring the validation of reported sales amounts
Establishing and maintaining accurate sales and accounting records
Conducting thorough analysis and validation of event income receipts and expenses
Identifying and interpreting anomalies in financial reporting
Managing the tracking of 1099 and year-end form generation
Maintaining precision in database entry
Providing assistance to customers in a detail oriented and composed manner
Handling projects as directed by the management
Ensuring the maintenance of office files
Supervising the processing and distribution of daily mail, both incoming and outgoing
Assisting in HR responsibilities
Managing payroll processing and reporting
Supervising payroll taxes at both Federal & State levels
Handling monthly and quarterly excise tax reporting

Requirements:

Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
Experience in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
Mastery of Accounting Functions
Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Expertise in Auditing
Ability to handle Billing Functions
Proficiency in QuickBooks and NetSuite
Skill in maintaining accurate financial records
Knowledge of Form 1099 preparation and submission
Experience in managing Payroll and understanding of Payroll Taxes
Knowledge of Excise Tax and Tax Reporting
Strong Leadership Skills
Experience in Process Improvement
