We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey. In this contract position, you will oversee key accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and optimizing processes. This role requires a strong background in accounting software systems and the ability to manage various financial functions effectively.
Job Responsibility:
Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Utilize accounting software systems such as SAP to streamline workflows
Manage billing functions and ensure timely and accurate invoicing
Conduct audits to maintain compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Oversee payroll operations, including integration with ADP Financial Services
Implement and monitor ERP systems to improve financial reporting and data management
Review and approve financial transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budget planning and forecasting
Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team, fostering attention to detail and growth
Prepare detailed financial reports and analyses for management review
Requirements:
Proven experience in accounting management roles, preferably in financial services
Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing functions
Experience with SAP ERP systems and their application in financial reporting
Familiarity with auditing processes and compliance standards
Ability to manage payroll operations, including ADP Financial Services
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and leadership abilities to guide team members effectively
