Job Description

Forgent Power Solutions is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented CPA for a 6-month on-site contract engagement. This individual will support a critical data cleanup initiative within our NetSuite ERP system and provide accounting support through the completion of our current audit cycle. The ideal candidate brings deep ERP experience, a strong audit background, and the ability to hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up time.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead data cleanup and reconciliation efforts within NetSuite ERP
  • Support the accounts payable (AP) and accrued purchases clean-up process
  • Assist in resolving open items and backlogged projects that have been deferred
  • Provide audit support through end of July 2026
  • Identify and correct data integrity issues across financial records
  • Collaborate with internal accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate, audit-ready books

Requirements

  • Active CPA license required
  • Minimum 10 years of accounting experience
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP (required)
  • Strong background in accounts payable, accruals, and financial close processes
  • Prior audit support experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to work independently and on-site full-time
  • Available to start before end of June 2026
