Accounting Manager

• Oversee daily cash positioning and manage cash flow forecasts across multiple legal entities
• Prepare and present weekly, quarterly, and annual cash forecasts and budgets using both direct and indirect cash flow methods
• Consolidate and validate financial data related to cash, liquidity, and working capital, including receivables, inventory, and payables
• Collaborate closely with FP& A, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable teams to ensure seamless financial operations
• Develop and maintain standardized cash reporting tools, dashboards, and key performance indicators for stakeholders
• Supervise month-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Lead financial statement audits and provide necessary documentation to auditors
• Manage account reconciliations and ensure journal entries are completed in a timely manner
• Provide mentorship and guidance to direct reports, fostering growth and attention to detail
• Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with accounting standards

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting, treasury, or finance
• Background in public accounting and experience managing at least one direct report
• Proficiency with month-end close processes and general ledger management
• Expertise in preparing and reviewing financial statements and audits
• Strong skills in account reconciliation and journal entries
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities
