Job Description:

The Accounting Manager will oversee day-to-day accounting operations and lead a small team responsible for accurate financial reporting and strong internal controls. This role works closely with senior leadership and cross-functional partners to support budgeting, forecasting, and audit activities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and lead a small team responsible for accurate financial reporting and strong internal controls
  • Oversee core accounting functions including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and cash management
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Supervise and develop accounting staff
  • Review and approve invoices, payments, and tenant/customer billings
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting processes
  • Coordinate annual financial audits and work with external auditors
  • Maintain internal controls and support compliance requirements
  • Partner with leadership on financial analysis and special projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • 5+ years of accounting experience with people management responsibilities
  • CPA preferred but not required
