Accounting manager

• Oversee daily finance operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end closing processes
• Ensure financial records and reports are accurate, complete, and submitted on time, in compliance with relevant accounting standards
• Establish, improve, and enforce financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to uphold strong financial governance
• Drive strategic finance initiatives aimed at process optimization, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement
• Manage relationships with banking partners to secure favorable financing solutions aligned with business objectives
• Lead and develop a finance team of 7–8 members, promoting a collaborative, accountable, and growth-focused work environment
• Advocate for and implement automation and digital tools to enhance and streamline financial operations

• Proven experience in managing end-to-end accounting operations, including GL, AP, AR, and month-end close
• Strong auditing background with expertise in internal controls, compliance frameworks, and financial governance
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a history of developing and managing high-performing teams
• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically while handling day-to-day responsibilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, effective in engaging stakeholders at all levels
• Deep understanding of accounting principles, standards, and financial regulatory requirements
• Adaptable and resilient in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-growth environment
• Prior experience in the food & beverage or retail sector is a significant advantage
