Job Description:

Robert Half Talent Solutions is partnering with a growing company in Fenton searching for an Accounting Manager. In this newly created role reporting to the Controller, the Accounting Manager will oversee accounting functions, financial statements, and compliance.

Job Responsibility:

Prepare and review general ledger entries and reconciliations
Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements
Maintain the general ledger system and assist with new system automation
Assist with the budget process
Supervise current accounting staff, provide guidance and support
Assist with internal and external audits
Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and internal control policies

Requirements:

BS in Accounting
4+ years’ full cycle accounting
intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
CPA certification
prior supervisory experience

Nice to have:

CPA certification
prior supervisory experience
