They continue to expand both organically and through acquisition, creating a dynamic and evolving environment. The Accounting Manager will lead 3 direct reports and 10 indirect team members. It is a true leadership seat.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee core accounting functions including AR, AP, payroll coordination, reconciliations, and tax processes
Ensure accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP
Strengthen internal controls and support audit and year-end processes
Partner cross-functionally to align financial operations with business goals
Develop team members and drive process improvements and efficiencies
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
6+ years of progressive corporate accounting experience
3+ years of leadership experience in a multi-location, multi-state environment
Strong knowledge of general ledger, financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls
