Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage the accounting team, supporting growth and ensuring efficient daily operations
Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes to achieve accurate and timely reporting
Ensure compliance with internal accounting standards and U.S. regulations for all financial statements
Analyze financial trends and variances, presenting insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
Collaborate with various departments to support business initiatives and enhance financial transparency
Provide expertise on complex accounting issues, ensuring compliance with standards and strengthening internal controls
Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and ensure timely preparation and review of accounts
Manage internal control activities, ensuring all processes are executed accurately and consistently
Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate successful completion of financial statement audits
Identify opportunities for process improvements, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance efficiency
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and team management within an organization of 100+ employees
Proven experience in a service-based industry or a similar field
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related discipline is required
Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of mentoring and developing teams
Expertise in month-end close processes, general ledger management, and account reconciliations
Familiarity with financial statement audits and compliance with regulatory standards
Proficiency in handling accounts receivable, journal entries, and maintaining financial accuracy
Excellent analytical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
