An integrated pharmaceutical company covering the entire value chain from R&D and manufacturing to commercialization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Monitor and control month-end closing activities, ensuring the accuracy of accounting entries, reconciliations, and strict adherence to reporting timelines
  • Oversee the end-to-end Accounts Payable function
  • establish KPI dashboards and monthly metrics to drive operational efficiency and standardization
  • Manage daily cash flow activities and banking relationships
  • supervise tax compliance and support strategic tax or Transfer Pricing projects
  • Lead the development and revision of financial SOPs
  • act as the finance lead for system implementation and automation initiatives (ERP, OA, etc.)

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of finance experience in a multinational corporation (MNC)
  • Direct experience in the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry is highly preferred
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
  • Hands-on experience with major ERP systems and a background in financial system implementation or digitization
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential
