Accounting Manager

• Manage month-end closing activities, including preparation of journal entries and reconciliation of general ledger accounts
• Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable functions to ensure timely and accurate processing
• Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Conduct bank reconciliations and address chargebacks efficiently
• Collaborate with international accounting teams to streamline intercompany transactions
• Utilize Microsoft Dynamics GP for financial reporting and process optimization
• Lead efforts to enhance accounting processes and systems, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency
• Provide financial insights and collaborate with department leaders to support strategic decision-making
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering growth and development
• Ensure accurate reporting and support audits as required

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably within inventory-based or similar industries
• Proficiency in month-end close processes, general ledger reconciliation, and financial analysis
• Hands-on experience with cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and chargeback management
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics GP is required
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams while remaining detail-oriented and adaptable

Strong knowledge of international accounting and intercompany transactions is highly desirable
