Accounting Manager

• Oversee the monthly close process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of financial reports
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable operations to maintain smooth financial transactions
• Maintain fixed asset records, including depreciation schedules and reconciliations
• Perform general ledger accounting tasks, such as account reconciliations and journal entries
• Conduct balance sheet and profit and loss analyses during month-end close
• Support system testing and data validation to align processes with organizational requirements
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and applicable standards
• Prepare detailed process flowcharts and accounting procedures for systems in use, including SAP S/4HANA and legacy platforms
• Collaborate with auditors during financial statement audits to ensure transparency and accuracy
• Provide expertise in aligning financial practices with organizational goals and systems

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting or financial management roles
• Proficiency in month-end close processes and financial reporting
• Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation
• Experience with financial statement audits and compliance standards
• Skilled in journal entries and maintaining accurate financial records
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data effectively
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities
