Job Description:

Accounting Manager position in the real estate industry responsible for supporting the accounting team with day-to-day operations and ensuring accurate financial statement reporting.

Job Responsibility:

Prepare financial statements
Assist with month-end close process
Prepare WIP schedules and job costing
Reconcile various balance sheet accounts
Post journal entries
Assist with other ad hoc duties
Review and prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements
Prepare WIP schedules
Job costing
Assist with invoicing
Post various journal entries
Reconcile balance sheet accounts
Collaborate with team to achieve goals

Requirements:

5+ years of accounting experience
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
Real Estate accounting experience
Strong communication skills

Nice to have:

CPA or pursuing CPA licensure
Experience with Yardi
