Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager–level consultant to support a dynamic, fast‑paced corporate accounting environment. This role will oversee two Senior Accountants and serve as a key contributor to acquisition‑related accounting, intercompany activity, and complex technical accounting matters.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead, mentor, and support two Senior Accountants in day‑to‑day accounting activities
  • Oversee accounting processes related to acquisitions, including purchase accounting, integration of acquired entities, and supporting documentation
  • Manage intercompany accounting, including reconciliations, eliminations, and ensuring accurate financial reporting across multiple entities
  • Apply strong technical accounting expertise to support complex transactions, policy adherence, and compliance with US GAAP
  • Review journal entries, account reconciliations, month‑end close activities, and financial reporting deliverables
  • Partner cross‑functionally with FP& A, integration teams, and corporate leadership to ensure smooth communication and alignment
  • Support system enhancements, reporting improvements, and process optimization within the accounting function

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA strongly preferred
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge with proven experience in a complex, multi‑entity environment
  • Background working for mid‑to‑large corporations or high‑growth organizations
  • Experience supporting acquisitions (M& A accounting, purchase accounting, post‑close integration)
  • Strong ERP system expertise (experience with major platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor staff
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced setting
