Job Responsibility

  • Month end close, financial statements
  • Managing month-end close activities and general ledger functions
  • Account reconciliations, journal entry review, and financial statement preparation
  • Supporting financial statement audits and working with auditors during review processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • At least 5 years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate or public accounting environment
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience leading or supervising accounting team members
  • Demonstrated experience managing month-end close activities and general ledger functions
  • Strong background in account reconciliations, journal entry review, and financial statement preparation
  • Experience supporting financial statement audits and working with auditors during review processes
  • Familiarity with Great Plains is preferred
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with a high level of attention to detail

  • Great Plains experience a plus
