Job Responsibility

  • Help lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to support accurate and timely business reporting
  • Review and reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts to maintain dependable financial records across multiple entities
  • Manage key close activities at month-end and year-end, including journal entry oversight and general ledger review
  • Evaluate financial and operational data to highlight performance patterns, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Support finance activities through cost accounting, inventory review, and analysis of production-related results
  • Contribute to budgeting and forecasting efforts by preparing analyses and assisting with planning assumptions
  • Partner with operational stakeholders to strengthen reporting quality and provide financial insight for decision-making
  • Help advance accounting procedures and internal controls to improve consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across the organization.

Requirements

  • Experience managing month-end close processes and maintaining an accurate general ledger is a plus
  • Strong background in account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial results and communicate findings clearly
  • Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve reporting and financial processes.
