Accounting Manager

• Supervise and mentor staff accountants to ensure timely and accurate completion of financial tasks
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial schedules
• Review and analyze corporate and regional financial statements for accuracy and compliance with established standards
• Ensure adherence to corporate accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls while recommending process improvements
• Monitor balance sheets, income statements, and other reports to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
• Coordinate and support both internal and external audits by preparing and reviewing required documentation
• Manage fixed assets, corporate schedules, and general ledger accounts to maintain accurate records
• Assist in the development and execution of annual budgeting and forecasting activities
• Provide expert guidance to corporate and regional teams on accounting procedures and reporting requirements
• Collaborate with the Corporate Controller on special projects and detailed financial analyses

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related discipline
• At least 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Comprehensive understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other Microsoft Office products
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reporting
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively manage teams and collaborate across departments
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Proven experience working in multi-location or multi-entity environments is highly desired
