Accounting Manager

Seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Manager with at least one year of hands-on accounting experience to oversee and strengthen financial operations for our growing, Albuquerque-based nonprofit organization. Reporting directly to the Director of Finance, this role manages all accounting functions including financial reporting, reconciliations, audits, tax compliance, budgeting, grants, and supervision of AR/AP staff, while ensuring adherence to nonprofit and corporate accounting standards. The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting skills, proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel, and the ability to grow into a leadership role supporting strategic decision-making.
