Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee and enhance our client's financial operations in Henderson, Nevada. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in accounting functions and financial reporting, who can ensure accurate and timely management of financial activities. Job Responsibility:

Manage and oversee all aspects of general ledger operations to ensure accuracy and compliance
Lead the month-end close process, including preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts
Monitor and improve accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to optimize cash flow
Prepare detailed financial reports and analyses to support strategic decision-making
Ensure billing functions are handled efficiently and align with company policies
Utilize accounting software systems to streamline operations and maintain organized records
Develop and implement procedures to enhance financial accuracy and operational efficiency
Collaborate with internal teams to address discrepancies and resolve financial issues
Perform regular reconciliations to maintain the integrity of financial data
Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management roles
Proficiency in accounting software systems and tools
Strong knowledge of general ledger operations and month-end close processes
Expertise in accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions
Demonstrated experience in financial reporting and analysis
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data manipulation
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
