Accounting Manager/Supervisor

• Manage and oversee accounts receivable processes, including tracking invoices, processing payments, and addressing customer discrepancies
• Reconcile accounts to ensure all financial records align with the general ledger and bank statements
• Lead or assist in the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and journal entries
• Monitor daily cash operations, manage cash flow, and prepare detailed cash reports to maintain liquidity
• Perform regular account reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and audit standards while preparing financial statements
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy
• Provide insights and recommendations for improving cash management strategies
• Train and mentor entry-level staff in accounting procedures and best practices

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting and financial management
• Proven skills in managing accounts receivable and tracking settlements
• Strong ability to reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records
• Familiarity with month-end close processes and journal entry preparation
• Expertise in cash management, including cash flow analysis and reporting
• Proficiency in using accounting software and financial tools

Previous experience in the hospitality or service industry is highly desirable
