Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous Accounting Manager/Supervisor to join our team in HONOLULU, Hawaii. In this role, you will be taking charge of our financial processes, ensuring the accuracy of our financial reports, and using your skills to maintain precise customer records. Your responsibilities will also include processing customer applications and monitoring customer accounts to take necessary actions.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure the accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications
Oversee the maintenance of precise customer credit records
Manage the preparation and review of adjusted trial balances for adherence to accounting standards
Oversee the processing of payroll and preparation of pertinent General Excise (GE) and Transient Accommodations (TA) tax returns
Organize and prepare financial statements in compliance with company and regulatory requirements
Assist in the preparation of tax returns
Support the team in performing reconciliations and maintaining financial records in QuickBooks

Requirements:

Accounting Manager/Supervisor role requires at least 2 years of experience in a comparable position
Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential
Must have experience with ADP - Financial Services
Familiarity with BlackLine software is required
Knowledge of Concur software is a plus
Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary
Must be well-versed with all Accounting Functions
Proficiency in managing Accounts Payable (AP)
Experience in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) is required
Auditing skills are crucial for this role
Must be able to perform Billing Functions effectively

Nice to have:
