Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager/Supervisor to lead and enhance the accounting operations of our organization. This role requires a strong leader who can ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial processes while driving efficiency and maintaining high standards in reporting. Job Responsibility

  • Oversee and manage the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
  • Maintain and review the general ledger to ensure accuracy and adherence to accounting principles
  • Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements in alignment with organizational and regulatory standards
  • Coordinate and support financial statement audits, ensuring compliance with all applicable guidelines
  • Perform and review account reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy and integrity
  • Create and approve journal entries, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with accounting standards

Requirements

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting, with a strong background in leadership roles
  • Proficiency in managing month-end close processes and general ledger maintenance
  • Demonstrated expertise in preparing and analyzing financial statements
  • Extensive experience with financial statement audits and ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Strong skills in account reconciliation and journal entry preparation
  • Deep understanding of internal controls and their application in financial operations
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to process improvement
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
