We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager/Supervisor to oversee critical financial operations and ensure the accuracy of accounting processes. This role requires a meticulous individual with a strong understanding of general ledger management, financial statement audits, and month-end closing procedures. Job Responsibility:
Lead month-end closing activities, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all financial reports
Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and reconciled
Oversee financial statement audits, collaborating with auditors to provide necessary documentation and resolve queries
Perform detailed account reconciliations to ensure the integrity of financial data
Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Monitor and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions
Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
Provide guidance and support to less experienced accounting staff, fostering their growth and development
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting processes and improve reporting accuracy
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or financial management roles
Expertise in month-end close processes and general ledger management
Proficiency in conducting financial statement audits and preparing audit documentation
Strong knowledge of account reconciliation and journal entry preparation
Familiarity with accounting software and tools to manage financial data effectively
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve financial discrepancies
Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
