Job Responsibility:
Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including AP, AR, GL, and payroll
Manage month‑end and year‑end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
Review and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP
Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff
oversee workload, training, and performance
Maintain internal controls and recommend process enhancements
Requirements:
5+ years of progressive accounting experience
