We are in the detail-oriented services industry, based in Dallas, Texas, and we're looking for an Accounting Manager/Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will engage in a variety of tasks including managing client accounts, handling bookkeeping, payroll and tax services, and preparing financial statements.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee various client accounts assigned to you
Handle bookkeeping tasks, ensuring all business transactions are recorded accurately
Manage payroll and tax services for clients
Prepare financial statements and perform various other accounting and consulting services
Demonstrate a strong knowledge of tax accounting principles
Ensure standard accounting processes are followed for recording business transactions into the general ledger
Perform account reconciliations and work paper preparation
Prepare and post journal entries as required by the level of engagement
Adapt your work as required by different levels of engagement
Analyze financial statements prepared by clients and identify any issues that need to be corrected
Requirements:
Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
Experience with ADP - Financial Services
Knowledge of BlackLine software
Familiarity with Concur
Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
