Accounting Manager/ Senior Accountant

• Maintain and track monthly P& L statements and balance sheet activity
• Develop forecasts and budgets, identifying risks and opportunities proactively
• Review general ledger and balance sheet for accuracy and completeness
• Analyze financial results for internal reporting and external stakeholders
• Prepare and distribute financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual), including support for audits and fiscal close processes
• Manage inventory and cost control procedures to optimize profitability
• Handle special projects and related duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle GL, month-end close, and financial reporting
• Hospitality, foodservice, or retail industry experience required
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to manage complex processes
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
