Accounting Manager or Senior Accountant

• Manage and oversee the month-end closing process to ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure financial data is accurately recorded
• Conduct periodic financial statement audits and collaborate with auditors to address any findings
• Review and prepare journal entries to support accurate financial reporting
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies to maintain data integrity
• Monitor compliance with accounting policies and standards to ensure regulatory adherence
• Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team to improve efficiency and performance
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and financial decision-making

• Proven experience in accounting management or senior-level accounting roles
• Strong expertise in month-end close processes and general ledger maintenance
• Familiarity with conducting financial statement audits and resolving audit findings
• Proficiency in preparing journal entries and performing account reconciliations
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and regulatory requirements
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data
• Strong communication and leadership abilities to manage and guide teams effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA certification is a plus
