Job Description:

Accounting Manager for North America position at Fever, responsible for leading and overseeing all accounting operations for North American entities with strong focus on US GAAP compliance and internal controls. This role contributes to a fast-growing global company in the culture and live entertainment sector.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and ensure accurate and timely accounting operations for North American entities
  • Guarantee compliance with US GAAP across all accounting and reporting processes
  • Participate in the estimation of provisions for monthly and annual closing
  • Review and close monthly and annual accounts
  • Implement and improve accounting processes
  • Strengthen flows and contribute to internal control frameworks
  • Act as key point of contact for external and internal audits
  • Contribute to development and optimization of ERP systems
  • Support ad-hoc projects related to accounting transformation, compliance, and automation

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge and proven application of US GAAP in previous roles
  • Exposure to or experience with SOX compliance
  • Fluent in English (professional working proficiency)
  • Master's degree (Bac+5 or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Big Four firm, plus at least 1 year in a managerial accounting position
  • Proficiency with Excel
  • ERP experience (Navision a big plus)
  • Demonstrated people management and leadership skills
  • Proactive mindset: entrepreneurial, ambitious, solutions-driven, and resilient
