Job Description

A vacancy for an Accounting Manager NHI (f/m) has arisen within Airbus Helicopters in Les Milles (near Aix-en-Provence). You will join NHIndustries. NHI is responsible for the design, development, industrialization and sale of the NH90 helicopter program and, by then, is positioned in the middle of a complex international framework with its Customers and Partner companies. Directly reporting to NHI's Deputy Head of Finance, the Accounting manager ensures Accounting compliance, represents the company's accounting position during Tax audits and keeps oversight of the international accounting structure.

Job Responsibility

  • Ensure monthly and annual accounting closings, in respect of accounting rules and in due time
  • Ensure calculation and payments in due time of CIT (Corporate Income tax) and any others taxes as CFE, CVAE
  • Prepare fiscal filings (ie liasse fiscale ...)
  • Ensure communication towards auditors and internal or external customers for any accounting questions
  • Answer any request from INSEE, Banque de France, Administration...
  • Manage relations with PC's (shareholders) including intercompany reconciliation
  • Work closely with tax manager for the monthly VAT/Intrastat filings
  • Involvement in and contribution to SAP improvement projects
  • Propose and lead process improvements
  • Manage a team of 6 persons

Requirements

  • Educated to a 5 years degree level (or equivalent) in Finance/Accounting
  • 5 to 10 years of experience
  • Strong French accounting background
  • VAT knowledge is a plus
  • French and English as working languages
