Accounting Manager/Controller

• Oversee the month-end and year-end close process
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis
• Manage AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger activity
• Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Partner with leadership on financial strategy and process improvements
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax accountants
