We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee and guide the implementation of Concur Expense and JP Morgan Corporate Card systems. This contract position is based in Washington, DC, and requires someone with a strong background in travel and expense management, corporate credit card accounting, and system implementations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the project is completed efficiently and aligns with organizational goals.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the implementation of Concur Expense and JP Morgan Corporate Card systems from start to finish
Manage project timelines and coordinate activities to ensure smooth execution
Train users on system functionalities and provide ongoing support to ensure adoption
Develop detailed documentation and guidelines for user reference
Communicate effectively with employees across the organization to ensure clarity regarding the implementation process
Configure cost codes within Concur and work with IT to ensure accurate data transition
Ensure compliance with accounting standards for corporate credit card transactions
Collaborate with stakeholders to address any challenges during the implementation
Monitor progress and provide regular updates to leadership
Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to optimize system usage
Requirements:
Demonstrated expertise in Concur Expense system implementation
Strong knowledge of corporate credit card accounting and travel expense management
Proven ability to manage projects and deliver results within deadlines
Experience providing user training and creating instructional documentation
Solid understanding of journal entries and general accounting principles
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
Familiarity with cost code configuration and data migration processes
