Job Description

Key role partnering with the Controller to drive financial reporting, close processes, and operational improvements, with a clear path to Controller.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead month-end close and prepare GAAP financials
  • Analyze results and manage key accounting areas (inventory, revenue, leases)
  • Oversee reconciliations, accruals, and variance analysis
  • Manage multi-state sales tax compliance and audit support
  • Strengthen internal controls and streamline processes/systems
  • Support reporting, modeling (Excel), and ERP optimization
  • Mentor team and assist with strategic projects

Requirements

  • Public accounting experience (5-8+ years)
  • CPA (highly preferred) + bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
  • Detailed oriented
  • Someone to come in and hit the ground running
