Job Responsibility

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies to maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial data
  • Conduct detailed financial analyses to evaluate profitability and performance, providing actionable insights for management
  • Assist in the creation of annual budgets and forecasts, recommending strategies to optimize costs and improve efficiency
  • Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure adherence to regulatory and company policies
  • Support audit processes by preparing necessary documentation and addressing auditor inquiries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine work processes and achieve organizational objectives
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills and financial systems to manage data, generate reports, and enhance operational efficiency
  • Take ownership of pricing strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and market conditions
  • Mentor and guide accounting staff, fostering a culture of accuracy and attention to detail

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial planning roles
  • Proficiency in SQL and Power BI for data analysis and reporting
  • Expertise in month-end close processes and financial statement preparation
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and practices
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for handling complex data sets and analysis
  • Proven ability to streamline processes and implement efficient workflows
  • Experience in manufacturing environments is highly desirable
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address challenges effectively
